We always had Bosco in the glass jar with the pump top. As many of them as we went through, I wish I could find one empty jar to keep!! I LOVED Bosco. I can't even find a photo of this jar, though I have found one of "Cocoa Marsh", a competitor that looked very similar.

Oh good heavens, I thought Bosco had disappeared from the scene. I haven't had any since I was kid in New Jersey, back in the 1940s. Moved to Calif. when I was a teen, and never saw it again, till today! Amazing. I'll have to order some. Was hoping to find out if anyone sells it out here, though, first. Like around Sacramento?

Nothing better than having a Bosco bear in the fridge when I would come home from school. If Mom wasn't around, I'd take a slug of milk, and a squirt of Bosco:)

I find it funny that the original bunny was a Bosco creation, and later Nestle (after abandoning the Kangaroo) moved their rabbit from strawberry to chocolate.

Chocolate and bunnies. I guess they just go together.= I haven't had Bosco since I was a kid. I think I will order some from the site, since I don't know where it sells.

Hello neighbor! Thanks for sharing your great memories with us. Bosco has been in Towaco (part of Montville Township) since 1985 - it's been made in various cities throughout New Jersey, starting with Camden in 1928.

I remember drinking BOSCO as a kid on Long Island. I seem to remember a commercial where the acronym BOSCO was explained as"

"Big Original Sweet Choc Ocolate!" Bosco!

As a kid, I didn't pay attention to where BOSCO was made; now as a New Jersey resident in Morris County, I am pleased to see that the syrup and the headquarters of the company are in Towaco, NJ.

Many thanks for many, many great glasses of chocolate milk and ice cream covered with BOSCO!
